We are a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental organization committed to the upliftment of the status of the underprivileged people of Africa through creation of awareness of their rights and responsibilities, opportunities and empowerment for total transformation. With headquarters in Abuja and branches in Igbere, Abia State, Port Harcourt and Lagos.<\/p>\n

The United Nations NGO branch (Office of the ECOSOC Support and Coordination) granted Special Consultative status to the Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation on the 26th<\/sup> of July, 2017.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  • We organize health education programmes (HIV\/AIDS, Malaria, STIs and other Health Issues) and also offer free medical treatment to poor people in rural area of communities.<\/li>\n
  • We organize sensitization programmes aimed at improving Agriculture in rural communities as well as economic empowerment programmes on skill acquisition.<\/li>\n
  • We organize progammes and events to promote culture and tourism.<\/li>\n
  • We have worked with health care practitioners in the Northeast Region to improve female and maternal health of those in the internally displaced camps.We have given out interest free loans and vehicles to promote economic self-reliance, and also granted scholarships to individuals at different levels<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • To provide basic healthcare to 20,000 women in Nigeria and Africa at large.<\/li>
    • To provide basic treatment to 10,000 chronic ulcer patients among the internally displaced population in the affected regions.We believe that this will go a long way in alleviating the suffering of those in the IDP camps and improve their health conditions.<\/li><\/ul>
      • To positively touch lives through Agricultural empowerment initiatives.<\/li>
      • To contribute to community development by embarking on projects that enhances lives and peaceful co-existence of community people.<\/li>
      • To advocate on all basic issues concerning women children and the youths.<\/li>
        • To provide necessary Healthcare to 20,000 women.<\/li>
        • To provide health care services for 10,000 persons with chronic ulcers among the internally displaced population in the region.<\/li><\/ul>
